So, I think if I was 15 years younger this book probably would have rocked my socks! At this stage however, not so much. I find it's Intentions highly admirable, and the mechanism of using a fantasy game-esque storyline to get younger readers to explore hard subjects like racism and class inequality is great! However, I think readers used to more complex adult fantasy genre narratives, will find it less engaging than those looking for a fantasy themed YA or children's novel.
I am not quite sure how to rate it, so I'll middle ground it! I think those not 500 years of age, will probably gobble it up!
